Prof. Mike Hinchey is Professor of Software Engineering at University of Limerick, Ireland. Prior to joining Lero, Professor Hinchey was Director of the NASA Software Engineering Laboratory; he continues to serve as a NASA Expert. In 2009 he was awarded NASA's Kerley Award as Innovator of the Year. e is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Engineering Professional, Chartered Mathematician and Charted Information Technology Professional, as well as a Fellow of the IET, British Computer Society and Irish Computer Society. He is President of IFIP (International Federation for Information Processing) and Vice-Chair (and Chair-Elect) of IEEE​ UK & Ireland section. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Innovations in Systems and Software Engineering: a NASA Journal and Journal of the Brazilian Computer Society.

Prof. Narayan C. Debnath, is the Founding Dean of the School of Computing and Information Technology at Eastern International University, Vietnam. He is also serving as the Head of the Department of Software Engineering at Eastern International University, Vietnam. Dr. Debnath has been the Director of the International Society for Computers and their Applications (ISCA), USA since 2014. Formerly, Dr. Debnath served as a Full Professor of Computer Science at Winona State University, Minnesota, USA for 28 years.

Prof. Hiroyuki Sato - The University of Electro-communications, Japan


Hiroyuki Sato received Ph.D. degree from Shinshu University, Japan. He has worked at The University of Electro-Communications since 2009. He is currently an associate professor. He received best paper awards in GECCO 2011, 2014, and 2022, and Transaction of the Japanese Society for Evolutionary Computation in 2012, 2015, 2020, and 2022. His research interests include evolutionary multi- and many-objective optimization and its applications.


Prof. Debashis De - Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India


Debashis De is a Professor Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India. He received M.Tech from the University of Calcutta, in 2002 and a Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in 2005. He is Senior Member-IEEE, Fellow IETE, and Life member CSI. He was awarded the prestigious Boys cast Fellowship by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to work at the Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK. He received the Endeavour Fellowship Award from 2008–2009 by DEST Australia to work at the University of Western Australia. He received the Young Scientist award both in 2005 at New Delhi and in 2011 in Istanbul, Turkey, from the International Union of Radio Science, Belgium. In 2016 he received the JC Bose research award from IETE, New Delhi. In 2019 he received Shiksha Ratna Award from the Govt. of West Bengal. He established the Center of Mobile cloud computing (CMCC) for IoT applications. He is Vice-chair of Dew Computing STC of the IEEE Computer Society. He published in 320 journals and 200 conference papers, Fifteen books, and filed ten patents. His h index is 37, the citation is 6500. Listed in the Top 2% Scientist List of the world, Stanford University, USA. His research interest is Mobile Cloud Computing, IoT, and Quantum Computing.

Prof. Mohd Helmy Bin Abd Wahab - University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Malaysia


Mohd Helmy Abd Wahab is current working as senior lecturer and former Head of Intelligent System Lab at the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). He has actively involved in many academic activities such as being invited speaker at ICRITO 2015 (India), IPIARTI 2015 (UTP), IPIARTI2014 (UNIMAP) and IPIARTI 2012 (UiTM). He hold several research grants in such as Prorotype Research Grant Scheme (PRGS) in 2015, Product Development Grant (GPP) in 2014 and e-ScienceFund (2009), won several medals in research and innovation showcases such as (I-ENVEX 2015 (Unimap): Gold Medal and Special Award "Honor of Invention for "Bluetooth-based Home Automation System for Disabled People, GTReX 2014 (Vietnam): Gold Medal and Special GTReX Award for "Smart Recycle Bin") and awarded several publication award (Young Writer Award for 2008 and 2010) and teaching awards. He has authored and co-authored 2 books in database system (2013) and this book received consolation prize by Society of Science and Mathematics Malaysia (PESAMA) in 2014 and WAP application (2009), published several both local and international book chapters (11), technical papers in conferences and peer-reviewed journals (>100) papers. He also served as guest editor for Special Issue in Wireless and Mobile Networks in International Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Applications (2011) and as Deputy Editor in Chief for Int. Journal of Software Engineering and Computing since 2009 and scholarly contributed as committee for conferences, editorial team and manuscript reviewers and also invited to be session chair in conferences. He also filed one patent for the product "Smart Recycle Bin" in 2014, His research interests are in data mining, artificial intelligence and computer vision, mobile and wireless computing, web-based applications. He is currently an active member of IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, IAEng, IACSIT and PECAMP (Society of Info. Retrieval and Knowledge Management Malaysia) and as Associate Member for Embedded Computing Research Group (UTHM), BigData Center (UTM), MySigBigData (UM), E-Community Research Center (UKM).
